All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) we collect will remain confidential with the exception that we must provide this information to the Plan Administrators who review and approve each QDRO and the financial companies that create the new spousal accounts. We do not share financial information between parties. For example, when you provide us with a recent retirement account statement, we do not share this statement with the other party. Sometimes following a divorce, one party wishes to keep his/her new address private. Since each party’s current mailing address must be included within the QDRO, the best way to avoid disclosing this information is to use a trusted friend or family member’s mailing address for the QDRO process. If this situation applies to you, please list the alternate address as your address when completing the Application.
