Our pledge to you is to provide you with expert QDRO drafting, exceptional customer service, and a low-stress experience. We will remain available at all times during the QDRO process. You may call us any time during business hours, or email us during non-business hours. Our goal, if we are not immediately available, is to respond within 24 hours of your contact. We realize dealing with a QDRO is likely the last thing parties wish to be doing during or following a divorce, so we make the process as simple and stress free as possible.

All our work is done on a flat-fee basis. You will not incur any additional expenses beyond the initial agreed-upon fee listed in your submitted Fee Agreement. (Fee Agreements are available on our Get Started page.) With the exception of our calculation of the “High-36” / “High-3” for our military service members, all other calculations are specifically excluded. Nor do we provide tax advice as part of our QDRO service; however, we will answer all questions that relate to the QDRO process. If you have a question which is outside of our agreed-upon service, we will do our best to explain what type of professional is needed to advise you, but without providing a specific referral.
