All QDROs are drafted by family law attorney Reed Swearingen, who in addition to his law degree, holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and has passed the Uniform CPA Exam. After securing pre-approval of your QDRO, we will forward it to your attorney for filing with the Family Court. If you will not be using an attorney, we will file and submit your order for final approval.
